Did you know that Norman and Santa Claus are besties? Well they are. Norm's keeping a list of who is naughty and nice for the big man to check twice. The list is interchangable and Norm and Santa speak on a daily basis with updates - so it's up to you if you're naughty or nice, but nothing gets past Norm.
